I do not agree on this. Every school should have to ability to have art, music and theater. We are forced to learn a lot of things that we aren't even going to use we shouldn't get things we enjoy taken away from us. They should put a portion of tax dollars aside for schools. Many people want to have a job in art, music or theater. So if we take that away a lot of people won't be able to learn what they want to/
